ICM is empowered by God to produce quality leaders who are unified and committed to fulfill the GREAT COMMISSION, trusting upon the anointing of the Holy Spirit, utilizing linkage with partners both local and abroad and reach out souls worldwide through the gospel of Jesus Christ
